Abstract:
By means of interpretation, participant observation, depth interview, we research about the Karst Dike Field Landscape of Bao's Village from the view of traditional ecological knowledge. At the Bao's Village, the Han nationality people have their social-economic-relational system, combined with cosmology, geomancy, sense of defense, family and clan emotion, nationality emotion and institutions of family farmland-responsibility, annual dam-maintenance and fork association. This system has developed a serial of specific human-natural interactions, such as site selection, water utilization and adjustable gravity-flowing irritation. As a result, a harmonious dike field landscape emerged.
