Abstract:
The postgraduate students with sufficient practical experience and knowledge reserves have become the main source of new employees for planning and design enterprises. It is helpful for the postgraduates to understand the organization and department responsibilities of conventional planning and design enterprises in advance, clarify the operation mechanism of enterprises, understand the basic concepts of project management, and cultivate the ability to correctly deal with practical management problems. To strengthen the competitiveness of postgraduates in the employment market is also the core goal of the course of Project Management and Enterprise Operations for the postgraduates of landscape architecture. Based on the postgraduate teaching in the School of Landscape Architecture in Beijing Forestry University, this research proposes the curriculum teaching system, content, mode and method specialty for landscape architecture planning and design. Through the means of industry development review, management theory study, practical case display and industry phenomenon analysis, it induces the students to spontaneously produce management consciousness, fully recognize the difference between landscape technology application logic and enterprise management logic, so as to make them complete the identity transformation from students to practitioners as soon as possible.
