Abstract:
The constant changes of human living environment have promoted the development of the landscape architecture discipline, and the contents of landscape architecture education have expanded accordingly. Landscape architecture education is closely related to practice, and thus the new ideas generated in practice should be constantly fed back to education. Only by realizing the trinity of education, research and practice can we promote the sound development of landscape architecture education. With decades of accumulation in the education, research and practice of Chinese modern landscape architecture, it is time for us today to further think and learn from the unique experience and lessons of environmental construction in Chinese history. We should put forward systematic theories for Chinese landscape architecture in terms of practical problems of China and establish the landscape architecture education system with Chinese characteristics.
