Abstract:
Post-mining sites are large amounts of idle or inefficiently used land due to human mining activities. Their landscape reconstruction is of great significance for improving the ecological environment, promoting economic transformation, and exerting social benefits. This research analyzes the types of post-mining sites based on the concept of post-mining landscape, and proposes the connotation of landscape reconstruction. Through literature research, it has sorted out the contents and characteristics of landscape reconstruction of post-mining landscape at home and abroad in recent years, and concluded that the research trend has shown four changes: from a single vegetation restoration and expansion to overall protection and restoration of the ecosystem, from the effect evaluation of restoration and governance to comprehensive transformation and utilization based on value recognition, from the single plot case study to regional landscape planning and design, and from the subject of liability to the process of multi-stakeholder participation. Finally, it proposes a landscape reconstruction strategy in three aspects: establishing a comprehensive value evaluation system for landscape reconstruction; standardizing and optimizing the planning and design methods for landscape reconstruction; and straightening out and improving the institutional guarantee system for post-mining landscape reconstruction. It is expected to provide a reference for future researches on the landscape reconstruction of post-mining landscape.
