Abstract:
In recent years, the development ideas about rural landscape have changed with the development of the concept of promoting rural revitalization and shaping national image based on internationalized rural tourism. Understanding users’ feedback about their actual perception of rural landscape can clarify the core charm of rural landscape and the points of interest of different groups of people in rural landscape. Taking Onna village, Okinawa, Japan, as an example, this research collects tourism comment data from tourists from various countries using Python, and conducts research by the text mining method. Research results show that tourists from various countries all think highly of Onna Village, especially the natural landscape that can reflect the maritime regional characteristics and the multi-ethnic-cultural landscape therein; however, due to their difference in cultural background, daily life environment, etc., different tourist groups show certain differences in such aspects as tourism purpose, tourism expectation, cultural identity and space environment needs. The experience and inadequacy in the international exploration of rural tourism presented in this research can promote the reflection on rural landscape in China.
