Construction of Leisure Farms Based on the Prepositioning of Operational Thinking: Beijing Shuinichang Garden

Currently, leisure farms face issues such as lack of forward-thinking planning and sustainable operations. This case aims to provide solutions and practical guidance for these problems. Taking Beijing Cement Plant Garden as an example, the concept of advancing operational thinking is introduced, with five core elements proposed and integrated into the farm's planning and design. As a case of advancing operational thinking in leisure farm planning projects, Beijing Cement Plant Garden has brought social, economic, and ecological benefits, laying the foundation for the project's sustainable development. It is hoped that this strategy can be widely applied in the future to drive industry innovation.
