Experience and Enlightenment about the Management and Control of Construction in the National Park of United Kingdom

With the further promotion of the national park pilot work in the country, several subjects including the management system has been in the discussion. The national park of UK has many similarities with the national parks pilot area of China because of its large number of residential area, while its mature construction control system has a reference for national parks pilot area of China. This article takes the England as the object, elaborates the construction control system foundation and procedures of the national park. Finally, this article analyzes the foundation of the management and control of construction in the protected area of China, then offer a proposal for the construction control system of the Chinese national park.
