Study on Biodiversity Characteristics and Indicators of Urban Wetland Park Based on Habitat

Urban wetland parks, with similar ecological functions and typical characteristics of wetlands, are of great significance to conservation of biodiversity in urban areas. This paper has studied urban wetland parks in various regions throughout China, covering the aspects of climate types, service years and area sizes, drawn the data statistics and made classification analysis to the wildlife habitats, especially avian habitats. It has explored the basic composition of the biodiversity conservation index system in urban wetland parks and their correlation by literature research, data statistics and comparative analysis. The purpose of this paper is to establish appropriate habitat assessment criteria for urban wetland parks to support the construction of ecologically beautiful China.
