Urban Open Space Suitability Layout Based on GIS Technology

This paper discusses the establishment of a universal theoretical framework for the suitability layout of open space by using the GIS technology platform, and following the five steps of “open space classification - index system establishment - ideal model construction-ideal model secondary correction-system construction and classification control”. Among them, the ideal model construction and ideal model secondary correction are the core links. We take the comprehensive urban design of Wuyishan City as an example of the application of this framework, to provide ideas and methods to upper-level planning of open space suitability assessment and optimization.
