Abstract: “Cultural Landscape” has been a hot word in academic research. The categories of “cultural landscape” in different fields vary because of different applying purposes. Through analgzing the concept and category of cultural landscape under the perspective of cognition, protection and construction, the study attempts to accurately and completely outline its historical context and complex background, pointing out diflerenles and establishing a relatively clear cognitive basis for further research.
