不同出行方式下泉州市中心市区公园绿地可达性研究

Research on the Accessibility of Park Green Space in Downtown Quanzhou Based on Different Travel Modes

  • 摘要: 为提高GIS等技术软件定量分析结果的可实施性,以现行相关规范作为研究起点,从而确定在定量分析中重要的评判标准要素,同时基于人行与车行两个因素,以公园绿地出入口作为行驶起点,计算在不同出行方式下,在评判标准时间内的出行范围,将其定义为公园绿地出行可达性。在泉州案例中,通过现行《城市绿地分类标准》(CJJT 85-2017)与《城市道路工程设计规范》(CJJ 37-2012),结合现有的泉州市路网数据、公园类型与坐标数据,通过GIS网络分析模块与重分类、面转栅格、加权总和等工具,得到人行和车行两种不同出行方式的不同类型公园可达性结果以及叠加后泉州市中心市区的公园绿地车行和人行可达性评价。研究结果表明:可达性在空间分布上组团感强烈,表现为基于古城、台商以及城东地区的3个组团;在出行时间上,时间呈倍数增长的情况下,出行范围增幅较小;在可达性形态特征上,不同类型公园可达性类型差异,可分为散点型、圈层型以及线性扩散型;在影响因素中,公园绿地数量和路网结构因素影响显著;在可达性评价值分析中,评价值良好地区占比较小,人行可达性占比仅为2%,车行可达性占比为6%。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the implementability of the quantitative analysis results of other technical software such as GIS, this article uses the current relevant norms as the starting point of the research to determine the important evaluation criteria in quantitative analysis. Taking the entrance and exit of the park green space as the starting point of travel, the travel range within the evaluation standard time under different travel modes is calculated, which is defined as the travel accessibility of the park green space. In the case of Quanzhou, the conclusions including the accessibility results of different types of parks according to pedestrian travel and vehicle travel classification, as well as the accessibility evaluation of vehicle and pedestrian travel in superimposed park green space of downtown Quanzhou can be made, followed by the current Standard for Urban Green Space Classification (CJJT 85-2017) and Urban Road Engineering Design Specifications (CJJ 37-2012), combined with the existing Quanzhou road network data, park types and coordinate data, through the GIS network analysis module and reclassification, face-to-grid, weighted sum, and other tools. The findings show that the accessibility highlights the sense of grouping in the spatial distribution, presented as three subgroups of the ancient city, Taiwanese businessmen, and the eastern part of the city. When the travel time is multiplied over time, the increase in travel range is small. The accessibility types of different kinds of parks differ in accessibility morphological characteristics, which can be divided into scatter type, circle type and linear diffusion type. Among the influencing factors, the number of park green space and road network structure have a significant influence on the value analysis. In terms of the analysis of accessibility evaluation value, the area with good evaluation value is relatively small, the accessibility ratio of pedestrian travel mode is only 2%, and the accessibility ratio of vehicle travel mode is 6%.
