Abstract: Waterfront industrial heritage is a legacy and urban landscape. This paper exams the sharability of urban landscape in the angle of the spatial form of waterfront industrial heritage, and propose three features of waterfront industrial heritage renovation and five characteristics of sharing them. It cites the cases of industrial heritage renewal along the Suzhou Creek of Shanghai, to indicate the sharability of them need to be improved and that the sharing-oriented transformation of urban waterfront industrial heritage will be an important trend of future urban landscape space
