Abstract:
With the official launch of the Overall Plan for the Establishment of National Park System, China has defined the direction of its national park system construction. Some of the pilot areas have released their general management plans and implemented them in order. As the fundamental document guiding park construction and resources management, the general management plan needs further study and improvement in the pilot process, because its spatial regulatory rule and implementation guarantee mechanism are not perfect yet. From the perspective of planning research, this paper comprehensively analyzes the specific functions of the general management plan in spatial regulation and utilization guiding in national parks, then puts forward the implementation path and target transmission mechanism of spatial regulatory strategies. Besides, the operability of management measures is taken as the key in the planning research.
