Abstract: As an important component of natural landscape in cities, urban parks play an important role in providing people with a place to take a walk, have a rest and communication. The study of the internal slow traffic system is of great significance to improve the overall landscape quality and tour experience of urban parks. This paper takes the slow traffic system of urban parks as the research object, and discusses the construction of the slow traffic system in urban parks from the perspectives of route selection and design through the combination of field investigation and theoretical research. Finally, taking the slow traffic system of the Binjiang Park of Huangshan City as an example, it launches specific planning and design in terms of the route selection planning, landscape planning and detailed design of the internal slow traffic system, and has validation and feedback of the theoretical research results, in a bid to provide guidance and reference for the same type of projects.
